We work with our customers to achieve the best system design with lower initial costs. Through a design/build construction approach, we gather information about the use of the building from our customers to best match system types to their applications. We gather specific information on space usage as well as people and equipment loads to provide the best match of system types, equipment layouts and controls.
Our trained in-house engineering staff works closely with the construction and service departments to continuously improve our designs and learn how to improve the construction process. We use advanced load calculation software capable of equipment modeling and 8760 hour energy simulations, ideal for economic evaluations. We have the knowledge and experience to handle your design requirements, from a small packaged rooftop system to a large centralized geothermal system.
Our design/build process eliminates the combative approach commonly seen in the plan-spec industry. It removes the problems of contractors getting around the specifications and of determining responsibility for non-performing systems. Accu-Aire is responsible for the entire process, from concept to completion.
