Accu-Aire Mechanical Services has been providing a full spectrum of heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) services to Central Pennsylvania businesses for more than 20 years.

Providing HVAC engineering, construction, service and maintenance to commercial, industrial and institutional customers, Accu-Aire is well-known for our unique solutions for complex jobs. We work extensively alongside all partners in a project -- from the building owners to the architects and general contractors -- in order to best incorporate HVAC systems that meet both design and budget expectations.

Once a system is built and installed, HVAC service technicians are available around the clock for maintenance.

"We're looking for customers for life; we're not the hit-and-run type of contractor," Dale Graybill, co-owner and director of sales and administration. "We stand behind what we do."

Yet, despite our focus on getting the job done right today, we're looking to the next generation of Accu-Aire, building a solid foundation for the next 20 years and beyond. These innovations began with an expansion of the engineering arm of the company.

Mark Graybill, son of co-owner Dale Graybill, became part owner of Accu-Aire in January of 2015 and has taken on the role of director of engineering. Mark joined the company part-time while still in high school and continued working for the company while earning his bachelor's and master's degrees in engineering. Mark's promotion, along with the addition of key employees in other supervisory positions is the backbone of creating growth for the future.

We've also taken steps to update and refresh our brand presence. Meanwhile our company headquarters is undergoing remodeling to provide better storage, employee meeting rooms and break areas.

"Our employees and their attention to service are definitely valued," Dale says. "We're not business as usual; these updates focus on the employee."

Despite this renovation period, Accu-Aire continues to meet customer needs in the same outstanding fashion that it has for the past two decades.
